Enrolled in M.P. State Bar Council in the year 1993, started practising as a junior with one of the Stalwart in the Civil Litigation in Bhopal Shri G.K. Shrivastava from early 1994 and then discovered this magnificent field and decided to continue this line of advocacy. Soon started exploring new fields of law which were started just emerging and some of such fields were Consumer Protection Act and Arbitration & Conciliation Act and hence concentrated initially with the new Law, which had a brighter prospects and gradually started own practice. Deepesh Joshi & Associate, Law Office was one of the first law firm set up in 1999 in Bhopal with the idea of converting traditional practice of law into a corporate style with team of young lawyers dedicated towards their respective lines of interest. Over the period of almost 30 years, worked in many branches of law of the choice which include, Consumer Protection Act, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Complicated and all variety of Civil Disputes, Matrimonial Disputes, Real Estate Disputes, Environmental Laws and Prevention of Corruption Act amongst many others. Established a base in the Capital of M.P. and are now having a Branch Office at Jabalpur [M.P.] and have the proud privilege of appearing in various Commissions, Tribunals, High Courts, National Green Tribunal and Supreme Court. Representing various National & State level bodies, Corporate Offices including Various top level Law Offices of the Country.
